I currently accept the following insurance networks, and am actively pursuing credentialing with additional companies. The most effective way to determine if I am In-Network is to contact your insurance company and ask.

Out-of-Pocket Fee

$175 per clinical hour (40-50 minutes), $200 for initial evaluation

*Note that some treatments (e.g., Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD) require sessions longer than a clinical hour. These appointments will be billed at $250 (90-105 min) or $300 (120 min) per session.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel appointments

• If a session is cancelled within 24 hours or the client “no-shows” (does not call to cancel and does not attend the appointment) then the client will be billed an hourly rate ($175)

• The first cancellation or no-show fee will be waived

• If a client no-shows two consecutive sessions then treatment will be discontinued
