Cancellation/No-Show Policy
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel appointments
If a session is cancelled within 24 hours or the client “no-shows” (does not call to cancel and does not attend the appointment) then the client will be billed the session fee
The first cancellation or no-show fee will be waived
If a client no-shows two consecutive sessions then treatment will be discontinued
