Insurance

I accept many types of insurance. The most effective way to determine if I am In-Network is to contact your insurance company and ask.

Out-of-Pocket Fee

You may always pay privately per session if I am not considered In-Network for your insurance company. This fee is $175 per clinical hour (40-50 minutes).

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel appointments. If a session is cancelled within 24 hours or the client “no-shows” (does not call to cancel and does not attend the appointment) then the client will be billed an hourly rate ($175). The first cancellation or no-show fee will be waived. If a client no-shows two consecutive sessions then treatment will be discontinued.
